Jesse F. Cotton ~ Owner / President
Jesse Cotton is a well respected 3rd generation builder in the Dallas area. He has 20+ years of experience in the home building business. Jesse began his building career as a teenager, working for his father's business, Cotton Construction, in Richardson Texas. This business was founded by his grandfather in the early 1950's. Jesse worked summers even while attending Southwest Texas State University. After his father's passing and the close of their family business, Jesse began working for Landstar Homes. He was awarded Builder of the Year several times and was promoted to Construction Manager and then Field Production Manager. Jesse and his wife, Melisa were given an opportunity to resurrect the Cotton building business in 2007 and started J. Cotton Custom Homes. Jesse and Melisa live in McKinney Texas with their two sons, Chase and Dylan.
